BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

BIDDING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICE

BID BULLETIN NO. 1

This is to notify bidders of the clarifications in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Instructions to Bidders (ITB) as discussed during the pre-bid conference conducted on February 3, 2012 at the ASG Conference Room, 6th Floor, SSS Building, Ayala Avenue corner V. A. Rufino St., Makati City:

  1. During the post-qualification, PDIC may require the submission of the copy/ies of the contract/s listed in the submitted Statement of Ongoing and Completed Contracts of the bidder, if necessary.

  2. If the bidder submits a computation of its NFCC, the NFCC must be at least equal to the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of P24,958,100.00 for one year multiplied by three (3) years ( i.e. term of the contract), which is equivalent to P74,874,300.00. The formula to be used for the computation of the NFCC is:

NFCC = [(Current assets minus current liabilities) (20)] minus the value of all outstanding or uncompleted portions of the projects under ongoing contracts, including awarded contracts yet to be started coinciding with the contract to be bid.

  3. The Table for Manning and Deployment is attached for reference.
